I love squirrels. I find them charming. Silly little buggers! So I not only spend time photographing them but I’ll confess that I talk to them. Sometimes they even chitter back. Squirrels will most likely inherit the earth — along with rats, roaches and ants. 😉

Great pictures! I think there is a movie where somebody yells “squirrel!” My grandson does that to me all the time. Driving, walking….he will all of a sudden point and say squirrel! Scares the crap out of me when I’m driving! (Little bugger.) 🙂

LOL! I had a dog who would run like mad whenever I opened the back door and yelled, “Squirrel!”. One day, I saw him excitedly looking out the window, bobbing his head up and down. “Ozzie,” I said. “Your head is bobbing!” He started dancing around as if to say, “What? What did you say is out there?” From that day on, he would run like mad whenever I opened the door and yelled, “Bobbing!” I always imagined the squirrels sitting up in the trees laughing their little asses off at him.

That’s hilarious! My friend has a dog who’s getting a little old and doesn’t always want to “go out” but if you say “go get the rabbit” she bolts out the door like she’s on fire! LOL
